Returns

We strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and that they reach you in the same condition but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days. Returns postal charges

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot accept delivery of any carriers other than Royal Mail. Please make sure you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the FULL value of the goods, preferably Royal Mail Special Delivery.  We will not issue any refunds on items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please obtain proof of postage.

To return an item

To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations EU if you wish to return an item we must be notiied in writing (or via email) of your intention within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Items made to your own specification eg bespoke/special size hats may not be returned.

A returns form is included with your goods, please complete this and send it back to us along with proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the original invoice/receipt sent with your goods. We are sorry but without proof of purchase we cannot issue a refund. Please use the pre-prepared address label enclosed in your parcel.

All returns must be unused and in the original condition in which you received them with all tags still attached and with the original packaging. The right to return the goods to us will not apply if:

The product has been used
The product is not in the same condition it was sent out
If there are no tags attached to the product
If there is no proof of purchase
If we receive the goods more than 14 days after the invoice date

We will give you a full refund of the amount paid minus delivery costs unless the goods are cancelled in which case the original delivery cost will be refunded. If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Goods are refunded within 30 days.

Returns from outside the UK

Returns from non-UK countries must be returned within 21 days. You may need to fill out a customs form, if so you will need to write a description of the item you are returning along with the words "Goods for Exchange" and ensure the value is NIL. You must mark the return package clearly as a returned item. Failure to do so will result in customs charges being levied and these will be deducted from your final refund/credit note.

Defective items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item it will be replaced free of charge. Return postage costs will also be reimbursed.

Seven day cooling off period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund. It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
